Rebral1 is a Louisiana-based company focused on improving employment outcomes through technology.

Our software, Rebral Learn, is a guided employability skills development platform designed to help individuals improve workforce readiness and employment outcomes independently.

Rebral Learn supports students, veterans, neurodivergent individuals, individuals with cognitive disabilities, and underserved communities.

Our mission is to make quality employability development more accessible by removing barriers that prevent people from getting the support they need.

The Workforce Partnerships Intern will help expand access to Rebral Learn by working directly with workforce organizations, vocational rehabilitation agencies, educational institutions, and similar organizations.

The primary focus of this role is helping organizations add Rebral Learn as an approved or funded resource for the people they serve.

This includes researching organizations, identifying approval processes, communicating with contacts and decision-makers, completing required onboarding or vendor processes, scheduling meetings, and moving opportunities from initial outreach through completion.

This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, organization, persistence, and the ability to take initiative.

• Research workforce and support organizations
• Identify funding and approval processes
• Communicate with organizations by phone and email
• Schedule meetings and follow up with contacts
• Complete onboarding, vendor, and administrative processes
• Maintain organized records and track progress
• Attend meetings, conferences, and networking events when applicable
• Help improve outreach and partnership efforts

• Must reside full-time in Baton Rouge (East Baton Rouge Parish)
• Fully onsite at LSU Innovation Park in Baton Rouge
• Reliable daily transportation to the office required
• Must have a personal laptop
• Internship begins as soon as possible
• Some local meetings, conferences, or events may occur when applicable
